I am fully qualified, insured and passionate about what I do. Massage in all forms can help to balance our bodies physically and emotionally, from improving sports performance to easing the stresses and strains of everyday life.
What to expect
Your first appointment includes a detailed consultation so I can understand your history and how best I can support you. Each session is outcome based; so whether you are looking to get out of persistent pain, have an injury, or are needing some stress and tension relief, I am committed to working along side you to achieve your wellbeing goals.
I have trained in a variety of massage techniques so I can provide tailor-made treatments for each individual’s needs.

Your treatment with me will generally include a combination of myofascial techniques, hot stones (optional), trigger point work, soft tissue release, therapeutic stretching, joint mobilisations and acupressure points - all incorporated within a deep tissue massage which is both clinically effective and truly relaxing. After the treatment, guidance can be given on effective and appropriate after-care (relaxation techniques, exercises and lifestyle adaptations), to help you continue the healing process.
You’ll always be greeted with a big smile and have a tailored and personalised treatment that utilises techniques from all of my disciplines. I use a warm and personalised approach, where you will be listened to and treated respectfully, with the aim of getting you the best results as quickly as possible.
